"Felt safe the whole way"
I booked a trip with rabbies and felt safe the whole day. The driver was calm and never rushed us the bus was clean and all the seatbelts worked fine. He also explained things clearly at each stop so no one wandered off or did anything risky. I’d definitely go with them again...

"Nice tour, but a bit disorganized"
The tour itself was really nice, and our driver was friendly, which made the day enjoyable overall. That said, the organization could definitely be improved. The pickup point wasn’t very clear, and a few of the stops felt rushed. It’s the kind of thing that feels preventable with better communication and planning. I still had a good time, but I expected everything to run a little more smoothly.

"Easy cancellation, refund came through"
I cancelled without any hassle, and the refund showed up a few days later. i blame myself for stressing about it more than I needed to because the whole thing ended up being straightforward

It was fine and did what it was supposed to, but I wouldn’t say it felt like great value for the money. I expected a bit more for the price. Also, nobody followed up afterward, which was a little disappointing because it would’ve been nice to know they actually cared about how everything went

I figured the small group setup would make the trip feel more relaxed, and that’s pretty much how it turned out. Everyone was easy to talk to, the pace felt comfortable, and it never had that rushed, crowded-tour feeling. I went in assuming it would be a better way to experience everything, and I’m glad I was right.

"I thought this was going to be more..."
I thought this was going to be more of a standard tour, you know, main sights and a few facts, but it ended up feeling much more like a proper local day out. Our guide kept pointing out wee stories and little quiet corners I never would’ve noticed on my own. Funny enough, some of the best bits weren’t even the big stops, just the random side streets and local details along the way. Really enjoyed it.

Overall, I had a good time and the guide was really nice, but I did feel like some of the stops were way too rushed. It would’ve been better if the schedule was managed more realistically, especially since people are paying to actually enjoy the places they visit, not just hurry through them. I think the company should take responsibility for that and make sure future tours allow enough time at each stop

"I’ll be honest, I was kind of tired…"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of tired of being talked at by guides and staff everywhere by this point, but this guide really knew their stuff. Every stop ended up being way more interesting than it would’ve been on my own, and it didn’t feel forced or overly scripted.

"Something felt a bit off with the food stops"
The tour itself was okay, but something felt a little off when it came to the food recommendations. It all felt kind of rushed, and we ended up at a touristy spot for lunch. The food was bland and not really what I was hoping for.

"Really Well-Paced and Easy to Enjoy"
The plans flowed really well from start to finish, which I appreciated more than I expected. Nothing felt rushed, like we were being pushed along too quickly, but it also never dragged or got boring. It had a nice balance where there was enough going on to stay interested, but still enough breathing room to actually enjoy everything

"The weather on our tour was pretty..."
The weather on our tour was awful, with heavy rain and wind, so I went into it thinking the whole day might end up being a bit of a disaster.
To my surprise, Rabbie’s handled it really well. They kept us updated, adjusted a couple of stops, and our driver somehow kept the mood calm and easygoing. We still got to enjoy most of the day, and I always felt safe, which I really appreciated.

I booked a day tour through Rabbie’s and overall it was easy. Picking the date, pickup point, and paying were all clear enough, and the confirmation email came through quickly. I do think the site feels a little plain and could maybe give a bit more detail in places, but for actually getting the tour booked, it did the job without any hassle.

"Clean bus nice trip"
Got on the bus and it was really clean. The seats were neat no trash around and the windows were clear so we could actually enjoy the views. The floor got a little muddy later but that was probably just from people getting on and off. Overall it was a good trip.

"Perfect little trip for a free afternoon"
I had a free afternoon and ended up booking with Rabbie’s last minute. Finding a tour that actually fit my timing was super easy, which was what I needed most.

The trip was short, but it didn’t feel rushed at all. The driver were friendly, kept everything moving, and still made it feel relaxed instead of like we were on some strict schedule.

Overall, I was really happy I did it. It’s a great option if you don’t have loads of time but still wants to get out and see something nice.

"They replied, but wow, the wait felt endless"
I did get replies, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything, but they were definitely late. Not the end of the world, but in the moment I was checking my phone like it was a life-or-death situation.
